"TRX Basic Training Sessions You Then Can Proceed To Other Training Sessions.
TRX Basic Training is a MUST for those who have never used the TRX Suspension Training System. You will be taught the Basics of using the TRX. After a few Basic Training Sessions you will be able to move on to the other more intense TRX Training Sessions with the knowledge and confidence you need. You will also learn how to use KettleBells, Heavy Rope Training, Bosu Balance Training, and Surfset Fitness techniques in this Training Session.

All Training Sessions are based around the TRX Suspension Trainer. However don't be surprised if other training techniques are thrown in during your session. I like to incorporate Kettlebells, Free Weights, Rebounding and the Bosu Balance Trainer into my TRX Training Sessions
I think it's important to make your workouts CHALLENGING but FUN!
Your Training Sessions are driven by the beat of the music and by the visual and verbal cues of the trainer. Exercises are taught at a slow pace so that you can concentrate and isolate the muscles being worked. Starting with a warm-up then alternating lower body and upper body exercises, then some intense core exercises then finish up with some awesome stretches!
SpinX Group Session
SpinX is a combination of Spinning and Resistance Training. During your session you will be doing Intervals of Spinning and Resistance Training either with the TRX, Free Weights or Body Weight.
This Workout last only 45 minutes and use Just The Right amount and combination of high intensity interval training and strength training.

TRX and REBOUNDING
