At BodyWorks I try to keep the cost of Personal Training affordable for my clients. I want them to have the opportunity and the benefits of having a Personal Trainer so that they will make being fit a part of their Lifestyle!  I take my training career very seriously and only want what is best for my clients. It's very important to us as your personal trainer for you to succeed in meeting your fitness goals. After all the the more successful you are in meeting your fitness goals, the more successful I are as a Personal Trainers!

As your trainer, I will make sure you are using the equipment properly and getting the most out of your workouts by closely monitoring your...Form and Intensity. I will also track your progress and adjust your training as needed to both challenge you and keep you interested.
